May 20 2012 annular eclipse is completely different from solar eclipse.In solar eclipse the sun will go completely under the sun.During the annular solar eclipse, the moon will cover 90% of sun, so the sun is not fully covered by the moon.Because of this we can able to see the ring of fire around sun ie) the edge of the sun is visible like a bright ring around the moon.

The may 2012 annular eclipse will come to view in different time in different location.On may 20 2012,during sunset the people in western U.S. and Canada will see the annular eclipse. On may 21 2012,during sun rise the people in eastern Asia can view the annular eclipse. Some part of U.S people can able to view partial eclipse only.But people in northern California through western Texas see the amazing annular eclipse.In this may 20 2012 solar eclipse, the moon will cover the sun nearly 94%.The U.S people has not view the annular eclipse since 1994.The next annular eclipse will happen sometimes in 2020.

Astronomers suggest some times the climate issue will arise, so try to see the sky with concentration to watch atleast part of the annular eclipse.

Dont see the sun with naked eyes and dont use standard sunglasses. It will cause lose of sight.The Astronomers suggest, to get telescopes or binoculars with proper filters.You can buy solar filters from shops and apply over your telescope, glasses or other tools. You can use No.14 welder’s glass to watch the annular eclipse.It is available in hardware stores.

In general a solar system is a group of planets, moons,dwarf planets around a star.In our solar system,it has four terrestrial planets(Mercury, Venus, Earth, and Mars) and four gas giants(Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune).It also include the planets satellites(moons) and asteroids.The scientists said that, the solar system formed nearly 4.6 billion years ago.Structure of the solar system and some of the interesting facts of the solar system are discussed below.

Sun is actually a star and it is placed in the center of the solar system.It has strong magnetic field and very hot larva inside it.The sun has 99.86% mass of the whole solar system. Sun got energy from it's hydrogen nuclear fusion reactions in core.It contains 70% hydrogen and 28% helium and 2% other elements.

Mercury :

The tiny and nearest planet to the sun is Mercury.It has no moons.It is one of the terrestrial planet.It has a large iron core.

Venus :

The second smallest planet in solar system is Venus.Scientists told that it may contain water at one point of time, but it has evaporated because of over heat. Volcanic activity have been found on its surface but their is no evidence of lava flow.It is also called as "sister of earth" because of its similar size.

 Earth :

The only planet where life exists is our Earth. Because other than earth no planet has living things. It is the only planet having tectonic plates.It has only one satellite ie)Moon. The earths surface creating more oxygen and it has an ozone layer to block harmful radiation.

Mars :

The Second largest planet in the solar system is Mars.It has carbon dioxide atmosphere.It has large amounts of iron-oxide in its surface so that it is looking like red color.It is one of the gas giants.

Jupiter :

Jupiter has 318 times larger mass than earth.It is the largest planet in the solar system.It is formed by hydrogen and helium.It has 63 satellites.

Saturn:

The planet near to Jupiter is known as Saturn. It has a large ring aroung it. The ring is formed by dust and ice pieces.It has 9 bands of ring.It has 60 satellites.Its core consists of iron, nickel, silicon, and oxygen compounds.

Uranus:

The planet before the farthest in the solar system is Uranus.It has 27 satellites.similar to Jupiter and Saturn because its atmosphere contains hydrogen and helium.It is the coolest planet in the solar system.Its temparature is -224 deg C.

Neptune:

Neptune is the eighth and farthest planet from the Sun in the Solar System. Named for the Roman god of the sea.Neptune is the fourth-largest planet by diameter and the third largest planet by mass.Uranus and Neptune are called as "ice cubes"

The Recent study of NASA shows that, human activity place a very big role in global warming.The greenhouse gases generated by human beings is the main reason for global warming.The study about global warming from 2005 to 2010 by NASA conclude that the heat absorbed by earth is more than the energy returned to space.So the final concern of the study is, global warming increases year by year.

The amount of heat produced by the sun, that reaches the top of earth decrease by ten percentage because of shifts in sun's magnetic field. The Earth's energy imbalance has a direct effect of climate change.If the energy imbalance is positive then the earth becomes hot.If the energy imbalance is negative then the earth becomes cool.

The research on earth's energy imbalance by Hansen's team comes to a concern, that earth has absorbed more energy than it omitted,So that the earth's energy imbalance going to positive.Based on the research the earth will be hotter in future as well as the sun is not the cause for global warming. 

NASA will be launching five series of rockets in Virginia that will light up the sky for hundreds of miles

This is launched to learn in detail about the jet stream winds that circle in the edges of the space.

Between March14 and April 4 at the night NASA has a plan to launch five rockets in five minutes from a Wallops Island facility in Virginia.

In this five rocket, each rocket will release the chemical element that will be leaving the long,

Miguel Larsen said that "People will be able to see it. They can also photograph it pretty easily," at the Clemson University.

In this each rocket will be in different attitudes and distances. The winds in the thermosphere are about 65 miles above the surface that reaches speed of 300miles per hour.

In this the altitudes are apart of the ionosphere in which strong electrical currents passes through the solar radiation.

In the experiment the scientist will get information about the high winds.

The weather of the space is started with the sun. It begins with an eruption of the huge burst of radiation called as the solar flare or even the gigantic cloud of solar material called as coronal mass ejection (CME). 

Several kinds of the space weather events like the geomagnetic storms, solar radiation stroms, and radio blackouts these three cause eruptions in the sun.

The most common method os space weather is the geomagnetic storm which refers to Earth’s magnetic environment in this it undergoes repeated change. 

This geomagnetic storm occurs outside the magnetosphere for a period time. If the magnetic field affects the south region on the earth’s field the effect of that will occur dramatically.

 In the same way the next phase is that it occurs for last hours to days a charged particle that sweeps the magnetosphere that will accumulate with more speed.

 In this particles will penetrate closer to the planet. Aurora will be seen bright at lower latitudes. 

The satellites will get damaged if the satellite travels at lower and higher attitude around the earth. The final stage of the geomagnetic earth will last only for few days. The Geomagnetic storms does not require during CME.
